The references cited should have included references 35 to 40, the change in HbA1c level should have been reported as -0.6% to -1.5% (not 1.4% to 1.9%), the change in body weight should have appeared as -1.0 to -3.2 kg (not 3.7 to 3.8 kg), and the change in systolic blood pressure should have been reported as -0.6 to -7.9 mm Hg (not 4.7 mm Hg). In addition, in the second column on page S24, the reference to Figure 2 should have been to Figure 3. These changes will be made to both the full text and PDF versions of the article online.
