Abstract
The authors discuss and article published in 2016 in Science, “The Sacral Autonomic Outflow Is Sympathetic” (Espinosa-Medina et al), in which the authors used immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry to define distinguishing genetic features between parasympathetic and sympathetic pre- and postganglionic neurons in mice.
